IS YOUR VENUE ACCESSIBLE
At this time, Knox Hall is not wheelchair accessible to patrons. We do have 2 larger ambulatory washrooms to accommodate any assistive device. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we work towards being able to accommodate all patrons.
CAN I RENT YOUR FACILITIES FOR A WEDDING OR SPECIAL EVENTS?

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL SPECS FOR THE VENUE?
Knox Hall has a long list of items including a house drum kit and a C7 Yamaha Semi Concert Grand Piano. You'll find full technical specifications under the "Facilities Rental" section of our website.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE VENUE?
If a child has not yet celebrated their first birthday, a "babes-in-arms" ticket may be obtained, free of charge, at the box office as of 2 hours before the scheduled curtain time. All children require a ticket of admission. An adult must accompany children under 12. If children are being noisy and disrupting the performance the child and guardian may be asked to step out into the lobby. Please note that individual performances may have additional age restrictions, warnings, or other arrangements than those outlined here, so please see the event page for full details.
DOES THE VENUE HAVE A BAG POLICY?
For everyone's safety, security, and enjoyment, we ask that you only bring SMALL clutches, belt bags, fanny packs, or bags that are clear (i.e. see-through) to allow us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event. All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue. ANY BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED INTO THE VENUE?
We do not allow the following in our venue: ALL BACKPACKS, outside food and drink (including water), water bottles, glass containers, narcotics and illegal substances, drug paraphernalia, laser pointers, spray paint, stickers, chairs, large umbrellas, sports balls, glow sticks, selfie sticks, large banners, flags or signs, bicycles, laptops, tablets, any professional audio/video recording devices (SLR, DSLR, GoPro, etc.), animals (except service animals), weapons of any kind, and any object that security/management deems unsafe or that can be used as a projectile.
DO YOU SELL FOOD AT THE VENUE? AM I ABLE TO BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS?
We sell popcorn, chips, and other confectionery items. No outside food or drinks are permitted including refillable water bottles.
DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?
Yes. We have a coat check at the main entrance that is fully monitored.
WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS AT KNOX HALL?
Public parking is available at nearby lots, and limited metered street parking is available on surrounding streets. Refer to the parking map HERE. We provide a drop-off area in front of the venue for your convenience. Knox Hall is also easily accessible via public transportation. Plan your trip in advance with GOVA.
